My problem is that the 'New PM' dialog box is not appearing for me, and I'm quite sure all of my members.

It IS enabled in my options, however it doesn't seem to be popping up.

Any help is VERY much appreciated.

make sure that your browser doesnt have a Pop Up blocker enabled when you're browsing your forum.

That could well be the problem, however on other forums the pop-up box appears...any thoughts?

well if you have set up the proper settings in your UCP then the problem can only be a popup blocker in your browser.
It is possible that the popup blocker has been configured so that it doesnt block popups from those other forums that you visit.

BTW what is your board address ?

Check their profile, and have a look at the bottom where it says Forumer Forum.
