I have seen on other forums under some messages like "your support has been fulfilled" or whatever, those kind of messages, under them it says "This is a pre-written message". I was wondering PLEASE if anyone knows how to do this, could tell me how to do it on my forumer.com forum. thanks, Jakez.

Hello. You can set up messages like this through the Multi-Moderation section of your Admin Control Panel.
