Okay i tried putting a group icon on the admins group and all the toehr groups but it dont work it just shopws up as a X

When i press Upload emotican it shows this error
Could not locate the emoticons directory - make sure the 'html_dir' path is set correctly

There is something wrong with the forumer server or somthing, or they just miss coded that part

I don't think it's a bug cuz Grey Land is using Server 4 now!

OK, here was what i did: I uploaded the image, then pasted the link into the "Icon Image" in "Edit User Group." Done . But it didn't show up.

Your Problem is "PASTE THE LINK"

JUST Put ../emoticons/BoardName/Image URL

All you have to do is just change the Board name and the Image
For Example, My Forum is abc, and my image is admin.gif

This is how I put the Code

../emoticons/abc/admin.gif

Noooo, lol, i still need help, you are saying that the filr size is to big right, well i tried putting a REGULAR emotican on there and it still wouldnt let me

And how do you know what size your image is?

TO know how big it is, there are two ways:

1. Single left-click on image, and look at the left of the MY DOCUMENT window, it will tell you the file size.

2. Right-click --> Properties, then look at File Size.


PS: Don't worry... lol. I won't use yours.

It says the file size is 2811 is that to big

How did you get mine on your board though, it wont let me upload it, did you shrink it or osmething
