Please look through some other recent topics to make sure your question hasn't already been answered.

To answer your question, there have been a few recent errors with various servers, likely because of the work being done on them. Please jsut wait 30 minutes when this happens, and then refresh. Thanks for your co-operation.

This does happen from time to time. You just have to go away make some tea and try again later.

Yep. It happens with Server 4 all the time. There was a bug like that with Server 3 a while ago. So ya, just be patient.

"Too many connections" just means that there is a limit on the number of SQL connections allowed on the server. When that limit is reached, you'll receive these too many connections errors. This isn't really a bug, but hopefully will be corrected soon.
