OK. Simple question. I'm the admin how do i use html. i tried putting [dohtml][/dohtml] doesn't work. So........?

Why not?
[dohtml] your HTML CODE [/dohtml]

Otherwise, you have to go to the Manage User Group-->Admin--> Enable to use HTML

And also, go to every single Forum--->Setting, Mark on Allow using dohtml tag
