Ok i have a user who for some reason cant post he keeps getting this

now i thought it could be his pc but he says everything else is working fina and he can post on other forums and his speed is fairly high

can someone please help, this user is my global mod and kinda needs to be able to post

Edit: He also cant veiw the user cp or the mod cp, he gets timouts aswell

Did he try clearing his cookies and cache? If the forum is working for everyone else but that one user the problem is on his side not ours.

he has just tried that it still times out, could you suggest anything else that could help

Well has he checked his firewall if he doesn't have the forum blocked for any reason?

well he dosnt have a firewall, so it cant be that

EDIT: ok by some mysterious way its started working for him after 2 days like this, i want to thanks everyone for there help and advice

there was a similar problem a couple of days ago in the phpBB section, and the user was having problems viewing the forum in firefox ( I see you have firefox on that screenshot) and had no problem with any other browser.............did your member try using a different browser? if yes did he/she had also the problem in that or is it just with firefox?
