I can't access admin cp and i am using tactic skin but there is some sort of brown skin all over the place and when you look at the threads all i can see is a google search box, quadnation.999.org

Can you please try and import the skin again to see if it will get sorted...

I would have tried that, but I can't see the link to the admincp.

Just fill in forum name and your forumer server number.
