Forum not loading/Server 5 down

hi, i need help please, my forum is not loading it came out as "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" here is the link to my forum

Unfortunately server 5 is off line at the moment thats why your forum is not loading. I have alerted the technician and he will deal with it as soon as he comes on line, which could be a while giving the time zone difference.

Opera says 0 bytes loaded.
IE gives a blank page.
Firefox crashes.
Server Status says :
"HTTP Server was not running at 12:15 May 23 2008.

Server 5 is currently down.

This might be a bit of a stupid question, but how do we know what server we're on? I do know that my forums have been down since at least 12pm EST, and it's now 4.

The number in the URL indicates which server you are on........so if your url is:

http://forumname.5.forumer.com then you are on server 5.

Ah, great, I was wondering what that number was. Thanks for clearing that up. Also, thanks for sharing the link on the server status, that will be helpful. Now, I'm just hoping that the server is up and running again soon, it's been down a long time now.

For some Reason It wont allow me yo access the site...Its saying that its an error.

As I've said in my previous post....server 5 is down at the moment thats why you can not access the forum.

You have to appreciate the time zone difference we all live in. It shouldn't be too much longer now.

I keep getting "This page cannot be displayed";never had this problem before...did everything I was told with toolbar,but nothing helps. I think someone might have gotten access to site and messed w/ settings. Any ideas?

Thats because you have a forum on server 5 which is off at the moment...

Hi All,

Server 5 is down for some hours already. It must be a problem at datacenter. I wrote Limez about this already, and of course he also received a lot of warning emails from monitoring system (monitoring system shows you information on the status page).
Hope that he'll come online soon to contact with the datacenter ...

I have moved your post from the other thread to this one as this one is related to your problem ...... your forum is on server 5 and that server has been down for several hours.

The problem is at the data center and I am sure they are dealing with it.
