First of all.............when you ask for support you should include your forum's URL...

If your forum requires logging in you also should make a test account and include the log in details in your posts, you have to appreciate that we can not register at every forum which requires help...

Now to your question:

Where do you want to upload photos?
You mean personal photos in the members profile or photos in posts?

if in member profile.......you must also set the size not just the file extensions

AdminCP -> Users and Groups -> Manage User Groups -> Edit Group -> in Global settings fill the PERSONAL PHOTO: Max upload file size (in KB ) fields and click on Complete edit.

In posts.......... you have to adjust permissions for each user groups so people are actually allowed to upload the photos...

If this post doesn't answer your question please specify properly what you need help with, it's really hard to help some one who doesn't give proper description of the problem.

I have allowed everyone to post photos but it is still not working

oh yeah........... another thing I forgot to tell you...

apart from the forum permissions you also have to set all user groups to allow them post...


AdminCP -> Users and Groups -> Manage User Groups -> Edit Group -> in Global settings -> and fill the size for POST: Max upload file size (in KB ) then click Complete Edit...

It should work................if not I would actually need to see your adminCP to see if all settings are correct...

Well the upload function definitely works as I have uploaded a picture to the test profile...you have the settings wrong.

If you want I can check your admin CP and see what you have done wrong...

I am going to change the test account log in password so no one else can log in on it and if you want make the test account admin for a short time so I can see what is wrong...

Let me know if you want me to check it out of not.

edit: I have changed that password, so if you are interested you can make the test account admin...
