I have noticed on my board that two of the things in Board Statistics section of the Board Stats is not updating (member count and newest member). It's awkward because the other two things work (post count and most users active). What could be the problem and how could this be fixed?

are you talking about your stats updating in the diectory or your forum. your stats in the directory have to be updated by forumer.com manually.

or go to Admincp> administration> recount board statistics.

is this what your refering to

because its working fine on server 18

I meant forum by the way. I forgot to mention that. Shouldn't it update automatically rather than recounting?

EDIT: I tried that. The number did increase, but it's still not showing the correct number.

Can you please be more specific about exactly what you did?

Your problem then, I gather, is that you are seeing what you believe to be incorrect values for the Board Statistics. Correct?

(Post screen pics if possible)

The same issue happened to my board when I accidentally deleted over 400 members. And when new members came and registered.. their usernames doesn't display as new registered members in Board Statistics not unless if I manually update the board Statistics.

then I've noticed that, the time it reached the total numbers of registered members as it was before.. it is now automatically updating the board statistics.
