Exclamation Hebrew encoding not working: auto-selects to UTF-8 with gibberish squares
When I set the default language of my forum (ocd.18.forumer.com) in the fsettings to Hebrew, every browser I've tried auto-selects UTF-8 as the encoded language, and all Hebrew (e.g. Hebrew menus) on the page displays as squares except for Hebrew entries (like posted topics). When I switch the browser encoding to Hebrew then the Hebrew shows up fine on menus, but any Hebrew entries (like posted topics) show up as gibberish.

1. The forum is not informing the browser of the current encoding or fonts to use

2. The menu fonts and posted entry fonts are being read differently such that when one is read correctly the other is not.

the utf-8 default encoding used by the browser translates most of the screen into gibberish (except user entries like posts)

the hebrew encoding which i select manually translates fixed hebrew fine, but user entries like posts are then translated into gibberish

okay, I believe this to be a server side error. Limez has been working with the language problems for a while I believe. Thank you for this report, as it assists everyone to localize the problem.
