Exclamation Manage Validating Problem

Due to recently group of spammers registering to my forum (and i think to all forumer's board), I changed my Registration Security to Wait the Administrator's Validation.

I have now a lot of new registered SPAMMERS awaiting validations but unfortunately I can't see them when I checked it in my AdminCP->Manage Validating.

Kindly check... because they are all not spammers and I need to accept those valid registration.

Server #15 -: japPinoy

Thanks...

I think the validating module is broken and has been broken for months. I turned that feature off because new legitimate members never got the validation email. It sucks, because now, I have to ward off spammers that come to the site. Hopefully, they'll fix it soon. But, if I were you, I 'd go back to open registration so you don't get legitimate members not able to get on your forum.

NOte, this could be related to the bulk email problem that has been evident for about the same amount of time (4 months) I've been assured that this will be fixed very soon. So, hopefully, this will be fixed too.

I read fcm reply before it was deleted... maybe there are some server that the Manage Validating module is not working because I also did the same way with my other board and I can use it..

Anyhow, this error also must be fixed...

That could be very well possible, yes.

Thank you Attitude.

As soon as the powers that be fix this, I'll turn it back on. It's a great feature and does really work to prevent spammers.
