to solve the strange page problems I changed my forum to 10 posts per page, but the last post (number 10) is always repeated as the first post on the next page - this is so annoying if someone posts photo's or a long post because as soon as you click to page 2 you get the same post you have just read

is there anything I can do about this, its really annoying my members now

I've checked your board and I can see the problem, before I submit the report could you please explain exactly what you changed in the settings?

Also what was the original problem you had...... if there was a support thread can you post the link to it?

thanks, I used this thread because on forum3 there were disappearing threads
Found temporary fix of the invisible posts problem!!!

I followed the guidelines in post1 and that solved the disappearing threads but created this shadow thread issue.

This issue started a few months ago after a MySQL crash on server 3, since then only 10 posts per page are visible on S3 forums, the rest are somehow hidden. I think this has been reported many times but it must be something forumer can't fix atm, if at least they can fix server 3 speed I'd be happy. It's dead slow.

Still got the problem of the last post on page 1 being replicated as the first post on page 2, its awful at the moment as we are hosting a findraising photo competition and we have a celeb judge who will have to ponder why the photo's appear twice, any chance this is being looked into or is it just my forum???
