I've sent a bulk email that did not get to ANY of the recipients. I just ran another test to a single group which consists of just my two accounts and it didn't get to me. It says that it sent and won't let me test it again on ANY group for a week. This should be limited to any GROUP not the whole system. I'm on server 1. I hope you guys can fix this soon. I have an important announcement I need to make on my forums.

It would be nice to get some response on this please.

Also, my members can't send email through the forums either, or emails are being transferred.

It appears that this entire section of the forums is being ignored. I know that tech support is voluntary. But, could someone please take 20 seconds and give us an update on this and the handful of other issues that we've been having for over a month? Please, like others, I'm begging at this point.

Well, a tech just replied to another thread that was started THIS MORNING. This one has been here for half a month, with the problem lasting for well over a month. Nice.

Techs don't reply to threads....... only fSupport does and they can't really resolve a problem like this....... only report it and they already did that in another thread about the same problem which was started before yours....

Yes, I realize that. This is a different problem because I don't get an error message. In fact, mine says that the mail was sent out successfully, and will not let me sedn it out again until next week. It's a similar problem, yes. But not exactly the same. The issue has not been resolved by any means, nor has there been any news on it since November 2nd. I'd love to hear some news on this.

You are only allowed to send one mail per week, to prevent abuse of the system.

Yes, I know that too. That is totally fair. (I only with is was by group and not by the whole site for testing purposes) No emails are being sent because of this bug. Apparently, the issue is getting more attention in the wrong forum.

We've been testing the bulk e-mail feature for a while now, and we are able to send them out with out problems. We are receiving the bulk email's in our in boxes, and we can only send out one (1) e-mail per week like it's supposed to be.

You may need to check your spam filters or your bulk e-mail folders if you are using a free email provider such as Gmail or Hotmail.

I write the msg, hit send and the system returns this:

are these 2 fixed: #2 - Cant see storage folders on PM sector! #3 - Check Quote error/bug! ?

PS: Its great to see you here more often. Thank you for the support ans sorry If I nag sometimes but my members turn to me for solutions and I cant do nothing. Its frustrating.
