Forum is unavaible

My forum dtl.forumer.com or www.dtl.7.forumer.com is currently unavaible, when i try to enter the site it says that the site couldn't be found.

i use Mozilla Firefox as my browser, but it has always worked without any problems, even earlier today..

For a start, there is no www in forumer addresses. I just went there with no trouble by clicking on ur forum link. Don't use www.

And for future, if giving ur url in support threads, put the http:// at the start so people can just click on it.

Hello, I recently set up a forum and we now have 35 members.
Today most of us have been unable to log on to the site...it's either unavailable or it's so slow to load that it's impossible to post or read much... As a complete novice, can you help me to understand why this is happening? Could it be because we use animated graphics ?
Please help...we're a small smoking cessation group and need to support each other. Thanks a lot
