The photo, smilies, and avatar upload has been don for about a week on server nine. Actually my forum was hacked and then we had to restart all over again (we drew the same server) and now this problem's been with us ever since, holding back our recovery. I've reported this problem already, and others have also reported it. There have been numerous threads on here...

Do I honestly have to post a thread in the bug report forum and not the general help forum before you guys will ever actually do anything about something?
