i'm logged in at my forum with the admin. account and when i wanted to upload a picture i found an error messege that i donot have permission for uploading..
when i tryed to fix this problem by adding the extensions in the admin. CP nothing changed..

ACP -> Manage Forums -> Permissions

Make sure that the box next to "Admin" called "Upload" is checked.

ACP -> Manage User Groups -> Edit Group (admin)

Set the number in the box where you change the max upload size to something higher (not 0).

Does this solve your problem?

i did but no change happened..
i still gets this messege..

Aha, the error message is "You do not have permission to upload this file type"?

ACP -> Topics, Posts & Polls -> Valid postable image extensions

Add the image file type there and try again

Please show me the text you have put in allowed file extensions. What image type were you trying to upload?

bmp,jpg,jpeg,pnp,swf

You donot have permission to upload this type

Let's not bump your thread after that short period of time. A member of the fSupport looks trough every thread starting at the bottom, so by bumping you are actually making your answer be responded to slower than if you had not bumped.

What file type where you trying to upload?

What file type where you trying to upload. If you tell me which, I will try it on a test board, to be able to replicate it.

Are you unable to upload bmp, jpeg and swf on server 18? Please confirm this along with a link to the forum you are experiencing this on.
