Type of Image (e.g Avatar, Signature, etc): Signature & Avatar
Text on The Image (e.g Hi, Why?, etc): T I Double Grr
Images on The Image (e.g I'd like this image on this image): Look below
Image Colour Scheme (e.g Black & Blue, etc): Orange & White (Background white)
Image Size (e.g 90x90, 80x80, etc): Avatar 100x100 and signature can be any size...
Image Animations (e.g I'd like this animation, etc): Fade, ziggy text, etc. etc...whatever you can do with the text, I'll be happy with...(except blood text or etc.)
Image Side Notes (e.g I only want this image to be done by so and so): Thanks guys/Gals...

The signature can be Tigger bouncing picture and the text "T I DOUBLE GRR" or "TIGGER"

The avatar can just be tiggers face or just the bouncing tigger but in a small version...

Well, That would be to resize it. The problem you cant resize a animations unless you have the frame by frames. I know i cant do it, maybe someone else can.

Can you just change the picture and remove the animations for the sig? Just so tigger is the same but not bouncing...

only problem with the sig is, sig images are typically short and wide. its going to be hard to make that picture (which is a "tall" picture) bounce up and down in a sig image, unless you shrunk the tigger image wayyyy down. in which case it wouldnt be very visibly easy to look at...

yeah, if you dont mind it being really big... if youd want the image to be a normal size, id have to shrink up the tigger image a LOT. then it might be hard to make out that its actually tigger :-/

Well, i suggest that you use the mini-bouncing tiger nx80boy made and put it on a regular sized sig. It wont be that tall.
