Can som1 give me more advice ( gimp or ps ) about like where should the text be if that and like matching and what font etc.... plz give examples cuese i rly want to work on this my text's is very poor and i realy want to upgrade my sigs.

sory i am very poor with my english but il try again. ok i want to improve my sigs and banner with advice on texts (like take my sig example its ok sig but the text font and size doesnt fit and it makes it look bad) so i want some advice on aranging my renders and aranging the text of the sig and what font and efek lyk frosty and etc . plz help by giving like a example too plz (example a superman sig , what ive done her is puting my superman render at the right so it wil look like his flying away and ive used this and that for the background and ive use this text and font or efek like glosy or frosty so it makes the sig lok cool ) of topic i am n guy.

Either that or create a border using the same colour as the text.
If a border is not what you want then what Larah said is the way to go... or you can give the render a glow to match the font colour.

However i can see where your coming from - The style of the text does not match the picture theme you need to go for a more suttle and bold approach and experiment with shadows/gradients and glows (there are tutorials for this) but if this is the font style you wish to use then what i said above is what you would need to do to make it fit.

What i sometimes do is follow a tutorial for a font style but as i do it i experiment and end up getting a complete different result which i am even more happier with.

and what do u think of this its my first photoshop image ive made.. i just combined and smudged and blurred stuff and this what i got

I am not feeling the font with the banner... it doesn't flow.

hmmm you right.... dammit il try somthing else

hmmmm gimp is mutch simpler just drag and drop but photoshop is harder but better and can make cool things with the program

I agree, and the font color clashes with the bg too...

I think this is about how I would do it.

I added some more lightning to draw your eye to the text, added a slight white outer glow, added some bevel in dark blue and white, stroked it in a dark blue, and changed the text color a bit.
