Does anyone know anybody, whether they are a member of Forumer or not, that creates web templates?

I am interested in hiring someone to create a template for me. Please let me know if you have any contacts.

If you are using dreamweaver software to build your website, there are templates available online that can help you create a website easily. Some are free to download.

Does anyone know if using web templates will limit website functionality? Plz tell me what you think..

Cindy : It depends on what you consider "functionality". A web template will generally be html & css code only, so any server side functionality would need to be added to the template.

It's kind of an open ended question, & the answer will depend on the background & understanding of the person answering. So can you clarify what you are trying to do, loose, or prevent?
