ok here it goes to make a stylish boarder

open a transparent work sheet any size iam gonna be useing ( hight = 500 px width = 100 px

your sheet should now look like this

press d then x to set your colors then fill the image with white

now pick the polygonal lasso tool

ant take the bits that you dont wont out by pressing delete once your pice is selected this is what myn is looking like now

fill it i filled myn with rougth metal style you can get rougth metal style download

to get the style up go to you color pallet and click syles click on the little arrow on the top then pick load styles open you metal folder and inatlle the metal style and then fille the boarder with the metal style to fillit click rougth metal and then fill bucket and apply it on to work thsi is what it should look like now

THEN YOUR DONE

ALL AS YOU HAVE TO DO IS ADD A BACKGROUND

The thing i can't do is that damm lasso, I can't do a line <_<

OK...

Anyways, Tayfon, PSP does have a lasso tool... what do you mean when you say, I can't use it?

I use photo shop, and I can't do a line, it goes where ever it wants, and I can't make it look like in tutorial <_<

press shift while drawing a line so that it is drawn straight... or just do randomly to make other shapes...
