Hey umm i was wondering if anyone could photo shop

I want the game stop taken off and also could you make the eyes green. Also could you scale it to 100x100. Also could you give him a wicked green glow?

Any version will do.
I currently use Photoshop CS4 Extended.
I've heard of plugins you can buy to make it super simple as well. Let me know if you want more information on those and I'll look it up for you.
