help with banner for guild forum

would like to request the help of a designer for my forum
i have just started creating a forum for our world of warcraft guild which i foolishly took upon myself to design the forum with absolutely no graphic design background so im looking for a banner for my guilds home page
willing to give designer free range on the design as im unsure what is required
