I'm sitll not that good at paintshop but wanted to know how i could make something similar to this pic made by jay007:

i know he used photoshop, but since photoshop is way to much $, i was wondering if any one with allot of PSP7 experiance could help??

The Best Advice i could give is to do or at least have a go at as many tutorials as you can .....

tutorials 1

or

More tutorials

or do a little searching dude ..

ya, ive been serching, just can't get um right, but ur right, time to hit GOOGLE and find some tuts.
