if anyone's got skill to make buttons and forum icons, plz show me what you got!

rules:
Must show some pixelation
No color at all

forum icons: 40x40
buttons: see default size for respective buttons (new poll, AIM, MSN, warn, etc.)

the little "IPB" thingys on the main forum index. i need all types, from new posts to locked to password protected.
these icons must have only white, black, and shades in between, and it needs to look like it came from an NES or something like that.
