The sig would look much better if you placed a boarder around it.
The avatar is nice how it is. I like the overall layout & design, good job.

It's lovely colors, but I do prefer the grey one you posted; as long as you change the font as it doesn't suit the signature's style.

Oh look the a Linux Penguin. I like it but add a 1px border, everything needs a border in my opinion....
