Hey all i need your opinion on what video editing program i should be looking for

I would like to make a video with sound added (a song perhaps) from snippets of other videos

so i will edit other videos to make them the right length and then add them all together with the music

what is the best program?

I have premiere elements which I can't use

. It's fairly cheap.

i dont really care about price i just want to know what is the best or what can do all the things i want it too

Try Adobe Premiere Pro, it's probably the best video editing software on the market.

4 simple edition (if u don't want to make a commercial video) Pvid not bad at all and very easy to deal with.

^^^ Windows Mover maker!!! Its the best! although it crashes alot !

I agree with ^
I use Windows Movie Maker. (If u wanna see what I've done, PM me).
It does crash quite a bit
and lags. But it does the job
