Could I have a regular size banner with the word XEDO on it in an orangish color with a darker, blackish background. If you can, can you have the word XEDO have an animated glow to it in a reddish color glowing in and out. In the dark background can you put a picture of weapons or a wall of weapons such as spears, knives, swords, axes, etc.

You must provide the Image you want to use it as your banner and also provide the banner dimensions of how many pixel you want.

or you should have atleast provided a sample to have an idea

If for an existing web site....also would help to have web address..url....of where it is to be used.
