Can anyone design a good banner for my forum

the name of the forum is

MASTIZONE COMMUNITY FORUM
mastizone.forumer.com

I have a logo also if anyone is willing to help me plz pm me i will send him the logo

IMAGE ON THIS IMAGE: I am uploading it under its the logo

Image colour scheme : As per the colour of my forum mastizone.forumer.com

Image animations : I would like the logo and the banner wording to animate.. you can make it as you think is best..

Image side notes: mastizone.net ... how u think it is suitable..

Image size : let me chk the banner size given to us for phpbb board and i will tell u
