PLEASE help me with this banner a friend needs! You have some awesome graphics designers I know and you''ve never let me down before.

Type: Site Banner

Name: Cedar Point Plus

Size: I'd like something a lot like the banner on http://forums.ifskinzone.net/index.php?, but obviously where it says IFSZ.net it would need to say "Cedar Point Plus" and underneath where it says "Where Innovation Meets Design" I need it to say "America's Rockin' Roller Coast Lives Online". I also need to have that circle like they have, but instead of saying "SZ" it needs to say CP+". Basically, its the same banner with word chnges and changed in color (See below)

Colors: I need it to match the darker blue present here and used on the long stipes that say the forums names. That's about the color the banner needs to be, preferably with similar shading as the IFSZ one, but once again in the darker tone.

Phrase: "America's Rockin' Roller Coast Lives Online"

Theme: No theme. Just the IFSZ banner with modifications

Other: None. Thanks you guys!

PS, if at all possible I need this ASAP!

OK, I was automatically warned for posting the second link but it was only there to demonstrate the necessary color... Now no one can know what shade of blue I need, plus I have a warning. I don't know if I like this new warning system.

Edit: I've attached a small graphic of the blue I need.

Now why do I have two warnings! I haven't even posted since then and now I have two! Grrr...OK, it's the darker blue once you go here and click on "Preview the Skin"

OK, now I have a warning for answering someone who wanted to help me in a private message. Yeah, you know, a private message. As in, not to be monitered. If you can give me a warning for asking for help from a person who initiated a conversation with me, why aren't the people who keep sending me site advertisements and spam via private message getting warnings?

Now I have two warnings all for asking for help and no one will be able to help me because my private message system is blocked and I can't post the color I need on the forums because that is a competetor or something. Honestly, I think this warning system needs to not be automated, because look at the kinds of things! I post a message to ask for a banner, and suddenly I can't use the private message system? That should tell someone there's a problem.

So for the person who was trying to contact me via Private Message, I guess we can't talk for seven days. Contact me on AIM or via email. Thanks.
