Background looks okay, it justs looks a bit 'empty' on the right side. Maybe you could put in a picture/photo/more text in the upper right corener or so?

I definitely like the second one a lot better, a lot more impact on the eyes. Do you happen to have a link for the lightning graphic?

there's no question, the second one is way too cooler for the first one, but the text was not very appealing to me though... change the font and you'll make it turn out to be a great image

You might want to use the "antialias" tool on the text in the second one and maybe change the font of the text, but the background looks very good!

The font still ain't appealing to me, as well as the bevel and emboss... and the color for the gradient... well, practice makes perfect

this one is very cool


you should add a border, press Ctrl+A and then edit --> stroke --> 1px black

that should finish it
