I am wondering if someone could suggest the best way of creating a simple banner that just contains text??? I do have FrontPage 02....

Moved to Graphics & Web Design.

It really depends on what sort of programs you have. You can also request a banner in in the Graphics & Web Design section

I would use photoshop, maybe paintshop pro (if you don't have photoshop).
