Hey, could some one very kindly do the following to my current avatar:

change the green background to a Union Jack;
also try to keep the "Dot" style.
I would like to Keep Wrighty Written on it;
In the Same font.
and about 100X100 which is the size it is now!

No, he just didnt anti-alias it. And, the cirlce is kinda messed up... but nice attempt.
