These are buttons on a menu for a website and i need these customized

The words im going to say to put on there need to be where home is and I need each one to be on both of the bars so every word should come with two bars same color just diffrent words Ok so i need these words About, Forum

just one thing if you could make the text a wee bit small to match the original because some of them i didnt change and well they look diffrent
