Is it possible to make an animation with Paint? I've seen it before but I have no idea how.

Completely imposible. If you think you've seen it before, the creator probably made the image in paint and animated it in another program. www.Downloads.com

AC is right, if you draw the animation frame by frame in paint and use another program to animate the whole thing, it's totally possible, only paint can't do it by itself

For Animation, I use Paint Shop Pro, Gif Movie Gear (I only have a trial version for this), and Flash MX.
But I think Gif Movie Gear is the easiest Program to make animation, it's like you only have to add the Frame and it's just easy!

I think the one that you saw is just like AC said.
I did it before by drawing using paint, copy the Frame and add it to Gif Movie Gear.

No, i think it's called Microsoft GIF animator. Not entirely linked to paint, but you can make animations with it.

thats only when changing the MS logo's - MS paint does not animate it - windows does. Paint cant do animations.
