I need a banner for my xbox forums that you may find here. I need the text "Xbox Relations" on it. Some images like the background at the bottom of this page would be great(with xbox game characters.) I would also like at least one image of the masterchief on it(from Halo and/or Halo 2) (can be found here and/or here) I would like the color scheme to match my forums (www.xboxstuff.forumer.com) (such as dark blue and blue). I can't decide on the size. I guess the general size that fits the general screen resolution (smaller than current banner) would be nice. Animations: A "Registration Available" flashing sort of thing would be cool. Like the banner could clear the first image(slew) of characters and flash to the Registrations Available would be nice. If that's not possible then a banner without animations would be ok. Thnx in advance for any and all help.
