a little work and you'll be a pro!!! What photoshop and Windows [or OS] are you running? Also upload these bars to photobucket.com , as imageshack makes them lose quality ![]() and about the border...i have trouble with those too, so i do it another way... but i wuld like to know of an easier way... ~crimsyhs ![]() Last edited by crimsyhs; 01-29-2006 at 11:53 AM. | |

| VIP Team | It's not bad The eclipse should probably be larger, from corner to corner and I'd make the stripes more translucide, about 30% is what I use. Also, what font setting are you using? Normal should remove that smudging on the text.To add a border in Photoshop, I cheat. I save the file as a .psd once I'm done and then I merge all my layers together. Then I go to Edit > Stoke and add a 1px. black border and save this new image as a .gif. Don't save the changes to the .psd. If you're making further edits to the userbar, just go Edit > Step Backwords twice and you're back to the .psd ![]() |

| VIP Team | It should work, I don't see why it wouldn't. As far as the text goes, I'd suggest removing Snap, as it makes aligning the text hard. View > Snap For the eclipse, try this. Take this image and save it. When you're making a userbar, copy it into your image (all of it!) and edit the opacity to 30%. It should keep it nice and uniform for each one ![]() ![]() |
