Font for the text : Make your own font or make it look really good
Images on The Image : put the signer dragons in the backround include powertool and its for a welcome page ,light blue text and nothing that would stand out much for a banner at the top where simple machines forum logo is at http://ydf.netne.net/ ,what ever the YDF were for the welcome page and the same back round color
Image Colour Scheme : make your own,light blue,make your own
Image Size : dosen't matter,doesn't matter,16x16
