Hi,

I am looking for some help on designing a graphic that will be the "face" of our college fraternity advertising campaign this semester. The advertising is to inform and attract new members to rush.

I would like to clarify that this is a business co-ed fraternity and not a social one, so the design should be business, money, professional oriented. If these can be put in some sort of comical way, that would be perfect.

So, I will try to provide the most complete info on what I need, so that someone can hopefully help me out.

* Type of Image:

- Design will be used as a Banner (outdoor display) and as flyers to be distributed.

* Text on The Image:

- Text 1 (graphically embedded into the design): AKΨ (greek letters)
- Text 2 : Alpha Kappa Psi
- Text 3 (centered underneath Text 2): Nu Pi Chapter
- Text 3: Fall RUSH 2008
- Text 4: Your College. Your Future. (standout slogan)
- Text 4: undefined (I need space to write the information sessions when they are defined.)
- Text 5 (Discretely put): Open to all majors...

* Image Size (e.g 90x90, 80x80, etc):

- This design will be used for a Banner and Flyers. So I'm assuming it has to look like a vertical rectangle, but the dimensions it self I have no clue but my guess for the banner would be : 2400 width x 3000 height pixels ( 8 x 10 in., 300 resolution).

For the flyer I can just preportionally reduce the banner the design.


* Images on The Image:

- I have no specific images, but I have several examples of what people did in the past:






*The superman one is my favorite. It is witty, professional and has a comical aspect to it. Something like that is prefered but not necessary.

As you can see, its business oriented. People in suits, thinking of future success, financial stability, preparing to become a business leader, etc.



* Image Colour Scheme:

- Not that many colors. It would be best if the colors were not to distracting to the eyes.. not too much going on in the background, etc.. Simple but that gets the message across..

* Payment:

- If designer really feels a compensation is necessary, I'm willing to discuss it in a private message.
