The only thing i dont like is the font..only that..dont get me wrong but i didnt like the font in the original pic either ^^

Ah, you requested as similar to the banner you posted as possible so I took that literally, could have a go at changing the font if you want. Any examples of what you like?

How do u do tht squarey thing in the back of that banner?

Using Photoshop;
Create a new file 5 pixels by 5 pixels with a transparent background
Zoom in as far as you can to the canvas
Select the pencil tool with a size of 1px and colour black (can really be any colour)
Make a cross on the canvas as shown below

Now go to Edit -> Define Pattern
Give it a name e.g. grid
Now open an image you would like to use the grid effect on
Create a new layer over the top of the other layers
Select the paint bucket tool and change the fill to pattern rather than foreground
Select your newly created grid pattern and fill
You should now have a grid over the image, you can set the grid layer to overlay or lower the opacity etc to give it a more blended look or add a mask with a gradient to have the grid fading in etc.
