Banner please for my forum

Hey really dont want to ask but I really stink at graphics design and all that and when I tried it was utterly pathetic, so heres what I'd like:

Type of Image: Message board banner
Text on The Image: Silence is company (as the title)Join the rebellion against conformity! Keep the Silence!(slogan type thing)
Images on The Image: Anything that has to do with things like silence or stealth(ninja theme of somesort?)
Image Colour Scheme: Black background, Blue (for anything you can think of) and White for text
Image Size: 800x200 please (if its too much trouble scale it down i wont care)
Image Animations: If the text could have a glowing pale blue aura, that'd own face.
Image Side Notes: If theres a way to make it like a snowy scene with a white dead tree like the ones in final fantasy 7(yes im a nerd) that'd be cool.


Anyways ( know that im being really specific and picky here) if this could happen it'd be awesome!
