Hello,

My forum is all about freedom, and as such, I would really like a specific logo to be made for the group. The information is listed below for anyone wishing to do a logo.

Text:
Freedom Alliance (in large text - 24-30 font size)
Breaking the boundaries. (in small text - around 12-14 font size)
Text may be beveled but not to an extreme amount. Just enough to show it is done, and nothing more.

Colors:
White text, with red white & blue gradient around the outside.

Background:
(Attachment file) I would like this image if possible. Background is transparent so the image will only show and nothing else.

If anyone wishes to do this they may add their own artistic flare to it if they wish. Credit will be given to the artist in a thread on my forums and if they wish, I will add their forum as an affiliate.

So if I understand you correctly....... you want to keep the background transparent only with the image showing and adding a text to it?

What size do you want the logo?

and if you are so specific about everything... which is good, you know what you want

.......... you might as well chose the font you want and post the url for it (or the name) so we don't have to guess

I have posted the changes to size and text above in the original message. Would also like removed from request. The attachment is blotchy, and very hard to add to the requested file. I have tried and failed on my photoshop to do this and cannot seem to get it to work.

ok I must be blind............ still can't see the size of the image...... all I can see is the size of the text ........what size do you want the logo?

and btw...... why did you remove the image? I liked it

Put it back... if I can't get it right I just won't add it, it would be fun to try.

I still would prefer if you chose the font you like.

Ah I see what you mean..... you did the cut out? Have you got the original image?

You still didn't tell me the size of the logo you want ...

There's the original. All I did was take out the background colors and make it transparent. Don't want the background colors on it.

Size = 200x75...i said it right above the attachment on my post.

Thanks for fixing the cutout Wild. I've only been using Photoshop CS3 for about 3 months now, so its taking me some time to get used to.

well this is to the dot what you asked for:
text size...... the lager is 27 the smaller is 14

I'm not too keen about the gradient stroke around the text, it makes it hard to read... (its too small for that to be good)

I didn't put any background cause how I understood it from what you said ....... you want it transparent.

Anyway...... let me know what changes you want me to make......

I see what you mean about the gradient. If you want you could remove it and just make the text white instead with the beveling staying. I tried this over one of my logos i have for my forums and it screwed it up cuz of the gradient. If it is still harder to read with it plain white text, you could also try adding a 1 stroke of black around the text to see if it helps make it easier.
