I am designing a web page for my WoW guild, Xforce. I would really appreciate any help and guidance possible. I need to get a banner, and a logo for use on the site.

Type of Image (e.g Avatar, Signature, etc): Banner

Text on The Image (e.g Hi, Why?, etc): XFORCE PWNS...

Images on The Image (e.g I'd like this image on this image): http://flickr.com/photos/76295995@N00/439402209

Image Colour Scheme (e.g Black & Blue, etc): I love the color scheme in this image: http://flickr.com/photos/76295995@N00/439402245

Image Size (e.g 90x90, 80x80, etc): Width: 437 Height: 127

Image Animations (e.g I'd like this animation, etc): If possible I would like the actual text to be silver with a shimmer that ripples over it from bottom right to top left.

If I can, I would also like to get a small logo for our Name sized W:150 x H:100
Logo would just way Xforce

I am really new to this whole process, and want to do the best looking site I can. There seems to be a Grreat Deal of knowledge, experience and expertise on this site, and I would appreciate any advice or help possible, such as good color matches or complimentary contrasting colors for impact, whatever. I have a very limited budget, but I am happy to give fBucks as well. I could do about $20 by Monday to the person who does the work. You will just have to tell me how to. thank You so much. I also failed to mention I would like the name to show on the left side of the Banner, and the Alliance logo on the right side. The rest of the desing I leave up to the creativity of the designer, unless you already have a kickass idea, then just roll with it and surprise me.

OK.. I setup a Forum. Its http://xforcepwns.21.forumer.com. I am xfile102, but for my fBucks to show I had to set a new username. I am willing to pay for the work.

Thanks Guys. I will pay for whichever design I like best. I really didn't think I would get so many replies. You are a really awesome group. I may still need some more work done as I get things setup though, so I will keep everyone in mind. MastaRecca08, I see a lot of posts from you, but none with samples of your actual work. Are you going to post your entry as well?

Can we change up the sizes? Like for the banner 780x200 and for the logo 199x64? I want to see the difference, If you have to totally redesign, then nvm, by if that is not a difficult adjustment, I am curious to see.
