Image Side Notes (Anything else you'd like to add): I have posted a picture of what I need. I need exactly what you see there but with different percents. The percents are as follows: 8, 16, 25, 41, 50, 58, 67, 75, 84, and 92.... with the bar moving across in a *near* correct proportion (I don't expect you to measure 8% of the meter lol). Once the meter reaches the text, the part of the text touching the meter needs to become white so you can see it obviously....I know my description is a little vague, but I will answer any questions that arise...any and ALL help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
