Hi im new here so here it goes. i need this done.

Type of Image (e.g Avatar, Signature, etc):Edit/Logo
Text on The Image (e.g Hi, Why?, etc):Whats on it plus free talk on the bottom.
Images on The Image (e.g I'd like this image on this image):None
Image Colour Scheme (e.g Black & Blue, etc):What it is plus a neon green and blue
Image Size (e.g 90x90, 80x80, etc):To fill the logo spot on forumers forums
Image Animations (e.g I'd like this animation, etc):Make the letters light up in a streak over and over
Image Side Notes (Anything else you'd like to add):Needs to look nice its for my new forum http://nascarfree.forumer.com if you could do this i would highly appreciate it.

heres my attempt it took me awhile and the animation isn't really smooth but i hope you like it

can you resize it to 700x150

well it didn't turn out that well but thats your fault, i dont mean to sound mean or anything but you didn't specify to resize it, and the original one took me a very long time to do seeing as i needed to make a new frame for each animation part.
