I was wondering if some people here can invest the time to make a nice banner for me whether Java based or blotted with HTML as long as its impressing,nice and MOVING.

Theme: If possible, use Uchiha Itachi(if you know the anime Naruto) as a character theme.
Name: Amaterasu or if you`re feeling artistic lately, make it "Amaterasu Omikami" for impressions.
Theme Color: Black is good but it totally depends on your taste and style of making.
HTML or Java?: Whatever^^
