OK here is what I'm after, (I should of stated this in the first post, woops)

# Type of Image (e.g Avatar, Signature, etc):Favicon
# Text on The Image (e.g Hi, Why?, etc):"P"
# Images on The Image (e.g I'd like this image on this image):like this with the changing color part as well
# Image Colour Scheme (e.g Black & Blue, etc): rainbow
# Image Size (e.g 90x90, 80x80, etc):16x16
# Image Animations (e.g I'd like this animation, etc):I'd like this animation
# Image Side Notes (Anything else you'd like to add) i would like it to be like this: but change the "F" to a "P" and still keep the affect

wow, what program do you use for the animations, because i have heard that adobe image ready is good but is their another program that works such as flash, because i really want to get into animations but i just dont know what prgram to use!
