I need avatar....

I don't know how it should look like....but it should be:
1) minimalistic
2) in black and white...or gray...
3) should contain name "Dominik"....or just letter "D" (if only letter D that it should be realy cool)
4) simple background (nothing flashy)
5) NO animation

size is 100x100 px

so...post it...and who makes the best..I'll pay him.

Just instead of monster put big letter D..with cool shadings like monster is...
and under it write "Dominik" (small), without underline and forumer....
