Hi, i was wondering if someone could pls make me a banner?

The banner is for my forum and it goes right up the top, so it has to be neat, presentable, and interesting

Type of Image: A banner
Text on The Image: Stuff Forum -or- STUFF FORUM
Images on The Image: I dont have any images that i want on it.. but if you come accross something that would suit the banner it would be fine to go on it, ifnot no images are fine.
Image Colour Scheme: Blue/Silver/Black -- a smooth look
Image Size: The standard banner size .. i dont require any particular size, just a normal banner size that would fit up the top of a forum page.
Image Animations: it would be great if the text could sparkle, shimmer, flash etc, or some sort of nice effect.
Image Side Notes: I hope im not asking too much for this banner. I sort of want a nice background and effects with a nice font saying "STUFF FORUM" or "Stuff Forum" and some good effects. i am not really sure on any images, if you find some that would suit it that is fine. So anyone who thinks they could make me a banner i would be very grateful as i am not very good with graphics and dont have any software. By the way, this banner is to go up the top of my forum as a banner/header thing.

Okay I'll give it a shot.

If Its Okay Cos its animation It will cost anything around 50Fbuck$

Im new to Fbuck$ but I'm pretty sure it's cheap
