I Need Someone To Clear This Picture As Much As Possible.. Using Some Softwares

Iam Offering 2000 Fbucks For Whoever Do This..

And If Iam Really Satisfied With The Picture.. Iam Going To Give You More 12 Pictures.

The image is not in a thumbnail, so the image is tiny.

Try another image host like imageshack.us, filehive.com, photobucket.com etc.

Im not sure you will be able to get rid of that. Id just blur it all out then smooth it down.

Photoshop may be able to do it but will take a LOT of time.

Now, Lightzone could fix the problem for ya. It's a digital darkroom that is similar to film development and it can change the image somewhat by merging specific colors into one. It's about the only editor I can think of that would be able to do the job for you.

Additionally, Lightzone is VERY expensive.
